“Nastiest place I ever almost stayed , booked for 3 days and I couldn’t last 5 min in the room. Dirty wash cloths and towels . Smashed bugs all over walls and also has holes in walls filled with toilet paper . Bugs in beds and public hair on covers. After all that they refused to refund even though I asked for refund after 5 minutes in room . Drug deals outside of building right in front of main office”

“The front desk staff were very polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, it looks like a studio apartment. I will be visiting Jacksonville in September and I will be staying at the Home 2 Suites at 600 Park Street again. That’s how comfortable I fell staying there.”

“Rooms clean and large. Bed and pillows good. Need a free breakfast for guests only wanting something small. Great location. Other places such as Hampton Inn and Durey have free breakfast and Druey has a free afternoon lunch. Staff and all other workers were great answering questions and giving directions.”

“Great location to walkable areas around town and great local restaurants. The staff is one of most hard working group I’ve ever seen to help us and other guests feel the most comfortable. It was a great experience.”

“The main lounge never opened There was a makeshift bar in restaurant Badly understaffed. Staff that was on hand tried hard to keep up Gym was in a temp room No towels, a/c not great Bed had large valley and uncomfortable Not a normal Marriott stay”

“There were spider webs on the back of the TV, one of lights over the bed was broken off, the plugs by the bed didn't work, the bed linen, wash cloths and towels had stains on them and some of the lamps didn't work”
