However, when we got to the property around 8 PM, the front desk informed us that our host, Marianne, had not sent them the required endorsement to allow us to stay, so they prevented us from checking in. Unit was a good size and clean however during night time, we were able to hear noises which would be from neighbors, the refrigerator, and sometimes it sounded like someone was trying to open the door.
