“Room was clean, the check in staff was great and friendly. We had no refrigerator in our room which was advertised as having one. The staff on duty thought there was one and when I said there was an empty space where one belonged they weren’t helpful or at all worried that we had items that needed refrigerated. Just said we can get one in there after the weekend. ”

“Late night manager was rude. Ask a couple of questions about my rooms and he said it was what was booked. Wasn’t listening and acted as if my concerns didn’t matter. I told him I could take my business elsewhere whether I was charged or not. Totally unprofessional. Due to the lateness of our arrival, we chose to stay despite the man’s poor etiquette. So sad!”

“We don’t need laundry service Night staff didn’t care if coffee was cold .Several people complained about the coffee being cold .She made no attempt to make fresh coffee .Everyone else was very nice.”

“The staff was prompt and professional, room was clean and comfortable. Its nice that a breakfast was provided and the waffles were actually pretty good.”

“I called three times to make sure I had a ground floor and parking outside my room. When I got there I had none of that. I went somewhere else to say that night”

“This property is newly managed, they do not allow pets, the property is run down, and the rooms I saw were dirty. I did not stay, as a solo traveler, even with my dog I did not feel safe. ”

“I didn't eat the breakfast, had plans, but looked good. Room was clean and bed very comfortable.”

“The hotel is fine but our bedroom tv didn’t work. The glass shower door is backwards. You have to be inside the shower to turn it on. Not fun. They have the dispensers in the shower. There was no conditioner and no moisturizer in the one by the sink. ”

“Breakfast was good, normal for these buffet breakfast. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Hotel was a little hard to find but gps got us there. Not too noisy for a heavy traffic area.”

“Sweet peaceful spot. We enjoyed all the animals and the laid back vibe. Could use a new mattress but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. ”
