“Absolutely great service with the front desk accommodating a couple requests for me. The valet guys were especially customer oriented, having my car ready in advance for each time I needed it. Plus, it’s a beautiful hotel, as you would expect from Fairmont.”

“I was only on the property overnight on a business trip. The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. The room was well appointed and the fitness room was clean. The equipment there all worked. The restaurant food was quite good. Overall my stay was quite nice. I would certainly book there again.”

“Wow, what an ideal location smack dab in the middle of everything: riverfront with barge and recreational boats plus steamboat activity, inclined plane going up and down the mountain, above ground subway, and trains passing regularly. Restaurants galore within walking distance. We strolled across the bridge to see even more restaurants and entertainment on the north shore of the city. Pittsburgh has cleaned itself up nicely and is well worth a visit, so put it on your list. Didn’t like...
