“Staff was somewhat responsive. They moved us to a quiet room from the initial room allocated which was nice. We requested to book a scooter that they said they would book and get in 5 minutes because we had an appointment that we had to get to in 15 minutes. We were checking in and coordinating delays to the appointment. After 30 minutes I asked where the scooter was and the place they called was out of scooters, but they didn't notify me. It took another 20 minutes before we got a scooter. It...

“The property was clean and comfortable with three bedrooms. Two bedrooms had ensuites and the other had the bathroom next to it. The disappointing feature to the accommodation was the fact we had no water pressure in the showers and the water was cold.”

“This was a perfect low key place for a family. We had a 2 bedroom suite and enjoyed the space, kids loved the pool and play/ kids zone. Staff always friendly and tried to help you in any way they could. Catered for my son’s allergies. Bit of a walk to shops and beach but that just gave us some opportunity to explore.”
