Rustig verblijf op kleine km van de drukke straat

Alles was wat onprofessioneel. Denk dat personeel hier te jong is . Eerst vonden ze onze booking niet ..zegde dat we de dag ervoor hadden moeten inchecken maar wat bleek de naam was verwisseld . Dan op de kamer werd gezegd indien er problemen waren moesten we de receptie bellen …op de kamer geen telefoon. Dan was er een waterkoker maar verder geen tassen . De handdoeken waren op . Etc….de kamer is eigenlijk heel mooi en rustig slapen . Ook het terras Top. Uitzicht op zwembad toch alle bedden op de plaats waar geen zon schijnt …ok vinden sommige mensen misschien goed. Het ontbijt was keuze menu s’avonds te melden werd op de kamer gebracht…uur zelf te kiezen was wel heel pover.

Excellent view with near five star conditions

The hotel and pool are amazing. A little off the main walk but keeps it very quiet. The bathroom space was not five star clean but very excelled for the price

Buggy, Dirty, and Damaged

There are hostels nicer than this. The picture is misleading. Although it does have a pool and is in the center of the action, the rooms are unacceptable. The mattress was old/springy, the bedding stained, the walls damaged, the curtains moldy, the TV a fuzzy blurr. If I hadn't checked in as late, I would have left. In fact I asked about a possibility of a refund, but since it was booked ahead through Orbitz, it wasn't possible to negotiate. My experience in Ubud: spring for $35 and up rooms.

Smuk og rolig oase midt i storby.

Fantastisk lille oase i ubud centrum, rent værelse, smukt ude areal, god beliggenhed og fantastisk morgenmad. Vil klart anbefale dette sted.

Small, clean, modern and comfy hotel

Quiet, small enough and comfy place in the end of a 100m narrow path, which cannot be accessed by car directly. The place is quite new so all works fine. Nice kitchen to cook something for children or to add something to the breakfast by yourself. However the hotel is totally lacking all the supplies. Not enough new and clean towels and nothing in the kitchen (not even mugs or cups) even the kitchen is new with a gas stowe. The place is very very clean since the staff cleans the place constantly. Everything is cleaned like from floor to roof everyday. Yes it makes the place very clean but also causes a constant buzz around the pool and makes the athmosphere a bit busy. The staff are nice and friendly but are following the given instructions without own thinking, e.g. folding wet and currently drying towels on the bed. Their English skills are very limited. Breakfast ok, not that bad as complained in the other reviews. Wifi Was stuck often, but ok when it works. In the end we enjoyed the pool and easyness of the place, since the location is quite convenient.

Great stay in Ubud

Comfortable and reasonably priced hotel close to shops, restaurants and the Yoga barn in Ubud. Nice swimming pool, good aircon and free wi fi. Only 2 English channels on TV but there is a dvd player.

Extremely friendly and nice staff

Perfect location. 100 meters from main street so it is very quiet. They graciously help you with your luggage. The employees are extremely nice and will help you for everything you need. The swimming pool is nice but too small to swim. The breakfast is okay. Served in your room. The towels need to be upgraded (old, torn, grey). The WiFi is a disaster (rarely worked). The owner must invest in new wireless routers and add a sufficient quantity throughout the property. In fact, the next door hotel has a decent WiFi so no excuse! Or otherwise, don't advertise for free WiFi.

Endroit pas très ptopre

Il faut marcher un corridor en arrière de la rue principale pas facile avec des valises, la piscine est verte, en arrivant j'ai du demander de changer le drap, quelqu'un a dû dormir une nuit et Ivan m'a pas ete change. La salle de main avec un bain et un petite douche manuelle d'ancien temps le rideau etait sale et les toilettes tachées bref rien d'agréable. Bref j'avais hâte de partir

close to food and shops

Small place in good location, close to alot of shops food etc. Close to monkey forest short walk or can hire scooters from lili or anywhere on the street. Booked and paid for king deluxe room when arrived no king bed room got single beds, hard to communicate English very limited. Had a kitchen in room no glasses or cups 1 knife 1 fork 1 saucepan and 1 plate not set up for cooking/drinking had to ask for glasses. Breakfast good can take some time to arrive if your heading out on a tour book your breakfast and leave enough time waited 30 mintues after our time. Overall a good stay pool area good, clean rooms and nice big balconies to enjoy breakfast on.

Quiet and peaceful

Lili's House is beautiful, they just need to fine tune the rooms, there is not kettle cups coffee tea etc in the room for when you want an early morning cuppa We went and bought these items also we bought a frypan and other items to use in the kitchen The room was lacking a chair to sit on also and there is plenty of room for a table and 2 chairs Also the fridge is so small very hard to chill water or a Bintang or two The staff were beautiful except communication was hard with most of them as they did not understand English The Rooms and the property were 5 Star clean.....could not fault....the pool was beautiful and well maintained I would highly recommend Lili's House for a stay, the minor faults are easy to address and I am sure if they are aware they will rectify

ウブド中心にありながらとても静かなホテル

キッチン付きの部屋に2泊しました。スタッフは英語が通じますが日本語は通じません。クラクラバスの停留所plataran resortより南へ徒歩３分程で、メインストリートから100メートル程入ったところにある為、環境はとても静かです。美しい庭とプールを中心に配した6部屋で申し分のない広さがあり、非常に清潔に保たれています。レンタルバイクも用意されています。スタッフも皆にこやかで必要な情報は貰うことが出来ます。特筆するマイナス面はありませんが、私たちが宿泊した2日目にたまたまWiFiが故障して繋がらなくなりました。

Beautiful little hotel in the perfect location

The hotel is brand new, and perfectly situated near the Monkey Forest, shops and restaurants. As the previous guest hadn't vacated the room yet when we arrived, the staff promptly upgraded us to a superior room. The room was very spacious, with a great bathroom, comfortable bed and kept spotless. The breakfast was very nice, but not buffet style, and served on the balcony of the room. The staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive and provided me with plenty of ginger tea when I fell ill for a couple of days. The hotel was in a vey quiet location, with a beautiful garden. I will certainly return there!

Great Pool, Comfortable Room

We had a good stay here. The bed was really comfortable, room was bright and we had a nice little porch looking out onto the pool/garden area (which was beautiful). Breakfast was served right to our room everyday. The food wasn't fantastic but not bad either. A/C was weak and we had to sleep with just a sheet or we got too hot. Bathroom shower barely had any pressure but we did have plenty of hot water and a bathtub. Room had a DVD player with a selection of movies, which we really enjoyed. Wifi didn't work well and we had to go across the street to a cafe most of the time to get online. Great location - just a 1 minute walk off a main street with plenty of shops and restaurants but far enough from the busy street that it's very quiet. Staff were really friendly. Overall, positive experience.

Good staff, comfy room NO POOL at present

Sadly I checked out after only one night. Room clean and comfortable, staff very friendly , BUT If I book a hotel with a swimming pool ( very important to me for aquatherapy) and then get told after checkin that the pool is not in use, then I am not a happy customer. Sorry, wonderful staff and very nice room, but no pool and a view of construction is not appealing.

静かなゲストハウスです。

3泊しました。立地ですが、中心部から若干離れていますが、不便というほどではありません。フラマ社オフィスが近い為、バスで行くには便利です。(私の宿泊時は地図が間違っており、王宮の北方で迷いました) 通りから入った場所にあり、夜は静かです。ただしその間が暗いので、不安を感じる方がいるかもしれません。 スタッフはフレンドリーで、必ず名前で話し掛けてきます。 なお現在、前に新しい建物とプールを建築しており、作業員と目が合ってしまい、カーテンを閉めなければならないのが残念でした。それと冷蔵庫がありません。やはり欲しいですね。
