“All was great ”

“This is the second stay at Ramada Lviv.. but this second time we didn't received the service we aspected for this Hotel. We booked a triple room requesting a cot instead of the additional bed as we where 2 ad + 1 baby 2 yld. The morning of the date of arrival we also called the hotel to check if the cot was in, and they said OK. At arrival time cot was not in the room, and no cots where available.. "SORRY" was The only word receptionist was able to say .... We kept this hotel for the...

“Hotel is located in quiet and peaceful area however still not far from the center. Great ambience, interior design and first class service....restaurant is also very good. Wonderful boutique hotel with care of every detail. ”

“Hotel con personale e pulizia impeccabile. Le camere sono spaziose, dotate di tutto il necessario (bollitore, acqua the caffè) Sapone shampoo spazzolino denti dentifricio ecc. La colazione è accettabile. Non ho apprezzato l'insonorizzazione interna delle camere, si sente qualsiasi rumore nel corridoio (dalla strada non si sente nulla)”
