“This is the second stay at Ramada Lviv.. but this second time we didn't received the service we aspected for this Hotel. We booked a triple room requesting a cot instead of the additional bed as we where 2 ad + 1 baby 2 yld. The morning of the date of arrival we also called the hotel to check if the cot was in, and they said OK. At arrival time cot was not in the room, and no cots where available.. "SORRY" was The only word receptionist was able to say .... We kept this hotel for the...

“It's my second stay at this hotel and I just love it. There is so much attention to design detail, with everything from quirky options of messages to leave on your door for housekeeping, to local books left in your room, in case you need a good read. Everything is in top condition, and for something rated as three-star, it has everything a much more highly rated hotel delivers, including a fully stocked mini-bar.
