Non c'era personale ma appena chiamato al telefono in pochi minuti è arrivato un uomo gentilissimo che ci ha accolti col sorriso. La nostra camera era davvero bella, pulita e piacevole. “The hotel was in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. (Though the church bells do ring starting at about 7am. We had stuff to do each day we were there, so it wasn't bothersome to us...). The family room was fantastic and roomy. Very comfortable stay for the whole family! And the breakfast was great! We would tell them about when we hoped to eat, and they had a table and great spread of food options ready.”

Het zwembad had wel warmer mogen zijn maar in onze suite hadden we gelukkig een leuk bubbelbad om onze dagen in af te sluiten, enige wat miste op de kamers waren badjassen (om van en naar het zwembad te gaan) en slippers voor diezelfde reden. ”

There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. “Ein familiäres hotel mit viel Tradition. Das Haus ist alt und verwinkelt, inklusive urigem Gewölbekeller in dem auch das Frühstück serviert wird. Mein Zimmer war erstaunlich modern. Das Bett war bequem und es war angenehm ruhig. Beim Frühstück war alles grundlegend vorhanden und lecker. Schön wäre noch frisches Obst gewesen, es gab lediglich Obstsalat aus der Dose.
