“The hotel hit the spot for our two night stay in Hartford. We were close enough to downtown as well to enjoy the restaurant scene there. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The one bedroom suite was roomy as well. We would stay there again.”

“This hotel was okay for a quick overnight stay. It needs a good deep cleaning, it seems quite grubby everywhere. The bed was comfy, but the bathroom wasn't very clean, an orange ring of grime around the drain in the tub and the tap was not very clean. The towels were very old and worn out. One bonus is the airport shuttle, though make sure you leave yourself enough time as it doesn't matter if you book it for a specific time, they are late. “This place is very old. Everything needs to be updated. Everything in bathrooms need to be replace and room furniture. No elevator, not good for senior and people who can’t take the step.”

“The hotel looks clean from the outside, the lobby and the hallways were messing looks like they didn’t even vacuum, the room we stayed in smelled horrible, had a mix of body odor and cat litter, the bed wasn’t stained so that’s good, but the fridge has some weird brown residue on the front and the bathroom countertop was stained as well, the fire alarm went off twice as well”

“no towel in the room. Pillow cases are extremely dirty and disgusting. No breakfast as advertised at all. Will not recommend to anyone and will never stay there again.”

“One thing I'd like to recommend, as a slightly short senior citizen: the mattresses were so high that I had to put a chair cushion on the floor and could just barely get into the bed! Could you provide a step stool on request? Thank you!”
