Meravigliosa

La villa è una meravigliosa perla incastonata nella macchia mediterranea, da cui si gode una splendida vista del mare (raggiungibile anche a piedi con una breve passeggiata). Nel giardino, spesso lambito dalla brezza marina, spicca la splendida piscina a sfioro. Gli interni della villa sono eleganti, moderni e funzionali, organizzati in ogni dettaglio, dalla biancheria di pregiati filati alle macchinette per il caffè, dalle stoviglie ai frigoriferi, tutto per far sentire ogni ospite a proprio agio. La cura dei particolari fa trasparire la passione dei padroni di casa per la propria terra e il desiderio di far trascorrere ai propri ospiti momenti indimenticabili. La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Maria Rosaria e Fulvio sono encomiabili: grazie a loro abbiamo potuto trascorrere una vacanza meravigliosa, sentendoci come a casa!

Villa meravigliosa e proprietari eccezionali!

Villa meravigliosa, immersa in un bellissimo parco in collina vista mare. Pulizia ottima, accoglienza super dei proprietari che all'arrivo ci hanno offerto la cena in una pizzeria del posto. Giardino ben tenuto, molto apprezzato il bar/frigo in prossimità della bellissima piscina. Dotata di ogni comfort, biancheria camere da letto e bagno. Disponibilità e discrezione dei proprietari, il Sig. Fulvio e la Sig.ra Mariarosaria, persone meravigliose.

Casa spettacolareee!!

Abbiamo soggiornato ad Agosto in questa magnifica villa e possiamo confermare che la casa è davvero spettacolare....corrisponde perfettamente alle immagini,è completa, pulitissima ed ha una piscina fantastica!!!.inoltre è molto vicina al mare e a tutti i servizi....noi eravamo una comitiva composta da 4 coppie e ognuna ha potuto godere dei propri spazi ( ps.forse un pò sacrificata la coppia che ha soggiornato nella stanzetta con i due lettini che in effetti è un pò troppo piccola per due adulti).!!!!a rendere ancora più unico il ns soggiorno è stata la particolare disponibilità del Signor Fulvio che ci ha letteralmente "viziati" con specialità locali...Lui e la moglie sono davvero delle persone fantastiche.....la consigliamo a tutti!!!!e speriamo di ritornarci l anno prossimo...!!!

Un paradiso vista mare

Per la nostra prima vacanza in Puglia abbiamo scelto le spiagge ioniche del Salento. Siamo due famiglie di amici con bambini piccoli e cercavamo una villa ampia, vicina ai lidi e che ci concedesse la giusta tranquillità e la libertà per i bambini di esprimere la loro vitalità. Villa delle Ginestre è stata tutto questo e molto, molto di più! La casa si trova immersa in una natura meravigliosa, circondata da uliveti e piante tipiche della macchia mediterranea, in posizione leggermente elevata che permette di godere di una vista meravigliosa sul mare turchese. Offre ogni comfort e spazi molto ampi dove, anche due famiglie di amici come noi, possono comunque trovare spazi di comodità (divanetti, amaca, dondoli, poltrone, lettini, numerosi tavoli). Tutta la zona living era stata rinnovata di recente ed è meravigliosa, accogliente e molto funzionale. I nostri bimbi (dai 2 ai 7 anni) si sono subito impadroniti dell’immensa piscina ed era molto difficile convincerli ad uscire e fare delle escursioni nei dintorni. A fare la differenza sono stati anche i proprietari Maria Rosaria e Fulvio, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni necessità e richiesta, sia prima che durante il nostro soggiorno; ci hanno coccolati in mille modi, soprattutto viziandoci con le specialità gastronomiche del Salento. Li ringraziamo per la loro disponibilità e per averci fatti sentire “a casa”! C’è già una gran voglia di tornare e abbiamo stra-consigliato Villa delle Ginestre ai nostri amici.

Tolle Villa für einen traumhaften Urlaub

Wir haben als Familie (7erwachsene Personen) in der Villa einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Villa ist fast noch schöner als auf den Bildern und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie bietet eine Vielzahl an Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, sodass wir zu jeder Tageszeit Schatten genießen konnten. Die Villa ist absolut ruhig gelegen, jedoch nur mit Auto erreichbar. Ein Highlight ist der Pool, der sehr groß und tief ist.Besonders positiv zu erwähnen ist die überaus Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer. Sie haben uns mit Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt - vielen Dank dafür! Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in Apulien sind.

Hemel op aarde

We werden als vorsten ontvangen door Fulvio en Maria en hebben ons heel welkom gevoeld in hun fantastische villa. Wij waren met zes volwassen, er was genoeg plek voor iedereen om te doen waar hij zin in had, zonder elkaar in de weg te zitten. Wij waren er een week en werden verwend met croissants en pasta, beter hadden we het ons niet kunnen wensen. En dan was het strand ook nog eens om de hoek!

Wonderful home / lovely hosts

We spent a late October week at the home of Fulivia and Maria. Their home was spotless, pool was welcoming, and the foosball table a welcome surprise for our son. We were pleasantly surprised by weather being good enough for a comfortable swim that late in the season. The hosts were generous with us on some things we needed to find locally, and were kind people justifiably proud of their beautiful home. The house was a great base for us to see Salento - Gallipoli and St M de Lueca are close enough for dinner runs / Otranto and Lecce were good day trips. Thanks for you home / we felt very comfortable there!!

Welcome do paradise!!

Mit dieser "Bewertung" möchten wir uns bei der Familie bedanken, die uns so toll betreut hat. Euer Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und so gepflegt. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Der Garten ist prächtig, die Größe des Pools ist großartig und der Meerblick ist so schön. Wir hatten schönes Wetter und heisse Temperaturen, so dass wir wenig im Haus waren. Aber auch das Haus ist großzügig und nett eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben ist die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Auch das obere Schlafzimmer hat einen netten Balkon mit einem gemütlichen Sitzbereich. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr groß und es wurden von den Besitzern wunderschöne kleine Sitzbereiche geschaffen, so dass man jeden Tag ein neues wunderbares Plätzchen entdecken kann. Terrasse: Ein großer schöner Esstisch mit 8 Stühlen und eine Lounge-Garnitur mit bequemen großen Sitzkissen. Stilvolle Stoffrollos bieten bei Bedarf Schutz vor Insekten oder Wind. Garten: Große Lounge-Couch für mehrere Personen, große Hängematte, 2 schöne Hängesessel - alles unter einem alten Baum mit romantischer Lichterkette. Grillterrasse: Grill mit Kohle, Waschbecken und Abstellfläche daneben (was für ein Luxus!), auch hier wieder ein großer Tisch mit 8 Stühlen. Nebenan gibt es einen hübsches Tischchen unter einem bewachsenen Pavillon. Pool: So groß! Wieder mit Loungebereich unter Pavillon, bequeme Liegen, Esstisch und Bar. Am Abend ist alles wunderschön beleuchtet. Die Gastfreundschaft ist einfach einzigartig! Danke 🙏

Beautiful villa with stunning pool and views

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. We wanted a real relax after exams and this house was perfect. The garden is very well kept with lots of flowers and fig trees. The pool is large and very well maintained. The villa is pristine with lots of space to relax outside. We visited Lecce and nearby beaches but it was difficult to leave this lovely villa. Maria and Fulvio were keen to make the holiday great for us. We hope to return.

Un paradis

La villa a dépassé nos attentes. C'est absolument magnifique, autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'exterieur. Nous étions 7 adultes et toutes y ont trouvés leur compte. Propre et très bien équipé. Traumhaftes Anwesen mit tollen Gastgebern

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche. Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Aussicht in inmitten von einem sehr schön angelegten Garten mit Olivenbäumen, Feigenbäumen .... in Realität viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Riesenpool, sehr viele Sitzplatzmöglichkeiten, Aussen-Barbeque Bereich und top sauer und gepflegt. Das plus on top sind die Gastgeber, die sehr sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und großzügig waren. Mit Aufmerksamkeiten wie Gebäck und traditionellem warmes Essen wurde wurde uns der Aufenthalt versüsst. Wir kommen wieder. Familie Kianzad & Sela

Wonderful house/surrounding and great hosts

Maria Rosaria and Fulvio were great hosts and did everything to make our stay as nice as possible. They were happy to answer any questions and were also easy to contact. Thank you also for the wonderful ravioli - a huge surprise! We enjoyed every minute in their house. The house was furnished perfectly for two families with teenage children and was extremely clean and the pool in perfect condition. There are so many spaces in the garden where you can sit and rest – it is a dream! And the beautiful and big pool topped everything. We can highly recommend the hosts and their house! ¡Fantástico!!

We had the great pleasure to stay alone at this „dream-comes-true“ place. The warm welcome by R. and F. with a plate of delicous assorted specialities from Puglia was overwhelming. Everything was perfect, and there is absolutely nothing to complain about! The moments relaxing on the terrace, at the pool, the perfect view down to the peaceful landscape at the Golf of Torrent……breathtaking, as well as the sundowners on the top-of-the-roof-terrace! Unser Urlaub bei sehr freundlichen Gastgebern in mediterraner Atmosphäre

Hallo Maria Rosaria, Hallo Fulvio, wir konnten unseren Urlaub dank Eurer Gastfreundschaft und der gut eingerichteten Villa auf dem sehr schönen, großzügigen Grundstück mit den vielen mediterranen Pflanzen im Süden von Italien genießen. Die Außenanlagen mit der gepflegten, weitläufigen Poolanlage und der 180° Blick auf das Mittelmeer, mit Sonnenuntergang im Wasser, waren für uns sehr erholsam. Von der großen überdachten Terrasse der Villa mit einer dekorativen Aussenbeleuchtung des Grundstückes sind über die Olivenbäume die langen Sandstrände in Sichtweite. Diese sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Unsere Urlaubszeit bei Euch ist viel zu schnell vergangen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Detlef und Petra Ciao Maria Rosaria, ciao Fulvio, Abbiamo potuto goderci la nostra vacanza grazie alla vostra ospitalità e alla villa ben arredata nella bellissima e spaziosa proprietà con molte piante mediterranee nel sud Italia. Gli spazi esterni con la curata e spaziosa area piscina e la vista a 180° sul Mar Mediterraneo, con il tramonto nell'acqua, sono stati per noi molto rilassanti. Dall'ampio terrazzo coperto della villa con una decorativa illuminazione esterna della proprietà, si scorgono le lunghe spiagge sabbiose oltre gli ulivi. Questi possono essere raggiunti in pochi minuti di auto. Il nostro tempo di vacanza con te è passato troppo in fretta e ci piacerebbe tornare. Detlef e Petra

Exceptional...

We choose this property for our family vacation and it exceeded our expectations. The owners were there to greet us and made sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. This is a truly beautiful home in a great location. We loved the outdoor space and especially the pool. So many activities near by as well. Fulvio and Silvia are so attentive. Everything was taken care of and we will definitely visit again. Overall, I give it my highest recommendation. Anthony & Family

Excellent property, location, facilities, owners

We stayed in the villa at beginning of August 2021. Villa is located in a splendid vast property, so everything it is very quiet and private. The pool it's a pearl: size, shape, amenities around it, it got cleaned without intrusions - we don't know when - in order to enjoy its spotless water during each day. The living room is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, big table to accommodate everyone (there are also outside on the terraces other additional tables), two spacious fridges for accommodating drinks, food, watermelons, fresh fruits and vegetables, everything. Rooms had very comfortable beds, with spotless and quality linens, bathrooms well equipped and clean. All windows had screens agains insects and also good shades to obtain darkness while sleeping. All the furniture, indoor and outdoor, have very good quality, also the appliances (TV, Bluetooth speakers, lighting, dishwasher). Many, many thanks and appreciations for owners: Silvia and Fulvio, they are great hosts.

A wonderfull villa in a stunning location with top hosts

We spend a week in this villa and it was a dream. Not in the least because the hosts spoiled us from start to finish. The kindest people who have turned hospitality into an art! The villa is in a beautiful location on a hill with a splendid view across the Ionian Sea and its own large pool. The house is very clean and spacious and has everything you need: nice rooms, modern bathrooms (2) and a great kitchen. The veranda is wonderful to sit and have your meals while admiring the stunning view. Many places to sit in and out of the sun. Make sure you have a car if you want to visit places. Overall a place we can recommand any time!

Hatten sehr erholsame Ferien, das Objekt liegt traumhaft inmitten von Oliven-, Feigen- und Zitronenbäumen, keine Lärmbelästigung, sehr sauber, traumhaft großer Pool. Die Gastgeber unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und großzügig , warmes Essen wurde uns bei unserer Ankunft gratis bereit gestellt, nur zu empfehlen. Wunderschönes Haus an optimaler Lage

Wir waren in den Herbstferien für 10 Tage mit unseren 3 Kindern im Haus von Fulvio und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Sehr angenehmer und persönlicher Kontakt zu Fulvio und Maria Rosaria. Fantastic in every way

Firstly, the property is in a fantastic location: a 1.5hr easy drive from Brindisi airport; a very short drive (less than 1km) from several stunning and kiddie-safe beaches; 5 min drive into the closest seaside town for provisions, 5-10 min drive to large supermarket. The house is slightly up in the hills, so a nice breeze through the house and gardens. The mosquito netting on all the doors and windows is an absolute must-have for this area. The pool and olive grove garden area are beautiful. All maintained to an immaculate standard - same for the house. The house is a lovely space - there were fans provided for the downstairs bedrooms and an AC unit that easily covers both the downstairs living room and kitchen area, plus the upstairs en-suite bedroom. Keeping the shutters closed all day against the sun makes a huge difference and reduces any heat inside. Temperatures also drop in the early evening, which together with the breeze works really well! The outside seating area is a great asset and looks onto the pool - a wonderful setting. Fulvio and his family are wonderful, genuinely lovely people. We arrived with my husband needing medical attention, and they could not have done more. The family doctor visited that same evening and then they helped drive me to the local chemist to collect the prescription items - they were sincerely totally fantastic. Throughout our stay they were more than helpful and thoughtful, while all the time very respectful of our space. We value them now as family friends, will stay in touch, and will definitely book to go back. Our time here was fantastic - peaceful, beautiful, amazing property and owners, plus great location.

Séjour exceptionnel

Nous ne remercierons jamais assez Fulvio et son épouse Maria Rosaria. Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans leur magnifique propriété et nous espérons y revenir rapidement. Le nombre de 5 étoiles n’est pas suffisant , ils mériteraient bien plus que cela . Que dire : accueil exceptionnel avec attention particulière pour nos 2 enfants de bas âge . Merci à Fulvio et son épouse pour leur générosité. Domaine et villa splendide , emplacement parfait et proche de tout ( plage , centre ville , Gallipoli , Lecce ,...) tout était parfait , nous avons commencé notre voyage dans les pouilles par une note plus que parfaite , je pense que nous allons être déçu la 2 eme semaine 😂, je n’arrete pas de me dire que nous aurions dû rester 2 semaines chez Fulvio . Merci encore pour tout et à très bientôt ( Meral, Saban, Elwane et Adem)

Un séjour fabuleux !

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette magnifique propriété ! Le cadre est somptueux, la vue est superbe et l’accueil est juste incroyable. Merci à Fulvio et à sa femme pour leur gentillesse et leur sens de l’hospitalité . Nous reviendrons c’est sûr !
