“Overall positive experience.
The hotel is located in a nice area, very quiet.
The restaurant and the spa are very good as well as the pool and the beach.
I only found a “non-positive” aspect related to the transport: I think the hotel should provide complimentary service from / to the airport since this is located very near (only 15 min).
Instead the service was really expensive and unreasonable.
also if provided through third party (local taxi), the price asked by the hotel was more than...

“Beautiful place and happy with the villa. The spa has super views and the beach was nice but the hill tram down to the beach was not working one day. Be prepared for a staff member who tries to sell you timeshare and was quite pushy about meeting up without being clear from the outset about what the meeting was for.
