In the house there is another flat for up to 2 people that can be rented and one is occupied by the friendly owners. The property is located in the most popular tourist area of Umag. The beaches in the area are sandy and well equipped. Near the coast there are pine trees or other plants where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. There are also pebbly, challenging and rocky beaches, as the coastline changes its structure every few hundred metres. The area is still quiet and central. Near the house are the Stella Maris tennis courts, where the famous Umag ATP Croatia Open tennis tournament has been held for years.Beautiful, simple and modest flat for 2 adults and two children or three adults with a small terrace for two people and garden furniture with parasol.
