It is located in a family house with garden and private car park in front of the house. There is another flat for rent in the house for up to 4 people, and one is occupied by the friendly owners. The studio is located in the area of Umag that is most sought after by tourists. The beaches in the area are sandy and well equipped. Near the coast there are pine trees or other plants where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. There are also pebbly, challenging and rocky beaches, as the coastline changes its structure every few hundred metres. However, the area is quiet and central. It is located in a privileged tourist area, the beaches for all tastes and the centre of Umag are within easy walking distance, the coast only 250 m. The bar on the coast, where you can enjoy a delicious coffee in the morning with a view of the sea, the boats anchored in the marina and the Umag fishermen next to the petrol station at 250 m. The area is very popular with tourists.The centre of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 to 25 minutes or by tourist train, which runs from the tourist village of Katoro along the coast to the centre of Umag, the stop 250 m from the house. Water sports enthusiasts will find diving, water skiing and surfing here. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore the area will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and an impressive marina. Excursions in the hinterland interesting the artist town Grožnjan, Motovun typical medieval town known for the film festival, Livade the area of white truffles, Hum the smallest town in the world, PN Plitvice, the coastal areas PN Brioni, fish picnic boat, excursion to Venice, Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Baredine cave. A visit to the amusement park Funtana and the nearby water park Istralandia will make the hearts of young and old beat faster.
