“The location is great for downtown Mount Dora and the house is clean and nicely decorated. The house has a strong musty smell and the AC does not keep the house properly cooled. Aside from those two challenges, it’s a nice place to stay. ”

“Our host was very responsive to questions. It was unseasonably cold (for Florida!! or anywhere) and Eli so kindly had the house all warmed up and cozy when we checked in. We were very comfortable and happy in this lovingly decorated and well appointed home within walking distance to the art festival and all of the quaint shops near Donnelly park. “Safety risks with the outdoor space, pool apron, damaged decking, back door railing held together with electrical tape. The photos of this property, particularly the outdoor areas do not match what is there. The grounds were not being maintained. The house was clean. The ceiling fans and motors need to be cleaned particularly the one in the bathroom off the kitchen. Need privacy curtains where day bed is, truly not available for someone to sleep there. Shower rod in bath between bedrooms needs...

It’s a great location within walking distance to several restaurants and Dora Lake. It was a quiet area and it felt great relaxing in the hot tub. I definitely recommend this property to anyone ”
