“An unnecessary amount was asked at the time of check-in which was no where mentioned at the time of booking. There was no water and electricity available in the morning. “It was the most horrible experince, i had travelled with whole pack of family including 78 years old grand parents and 4 years old minor, where i had to remain awake for the whole night since 10.00pm the whole hotel was black out till 7.30 am.
