“I stayed here because of an early morning medical appointment at the VA hospital. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was small, but more than adiquate for a short stay for one or two people. The room was very clean, well maintained. The entire hotel exhibited the care that extended from the guests to the building itself.”

“Check in did not go well. We came in very late from a delayed fight. 2:30 am. They had difficulty finding a room for us. At first they were saying there was no room available, a room I had prepaid for and would not have gotten a refund for if we had not made it in that morning. They finally found a room that was empty but listed on the computer as not available. They sent a worker up to check to make sure it was clean, they said it was and we got a room at 3:00am. During check in we had to pay...

“We enjoyed our stay at HIE again. We stay here all the time when we fly in and out of Mpls. Rooms are very nice, large and clean. Staff is great, and the shuttle service is very good also. They also have a good breakfast that's included with the room, best we've had at any hotel. We had to take off to early this time for our flight, so didn't get to enjoy it. I did a good cup of coffee to go though. I highly recommend staying here, especially when traveling! 5☆ hotel in my book! 🤗”
