“There were no shower mats. Very slippery showers with 1 grab bar poorly placed. I notified the front desk. They did nothing about it. All it will take is one person slipping and seriously injuring themselves and this place will be sued out of business.”

“This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. ”
