Resort a Unguja

“Overall bad experience since check in, we had to come back to reception 3 times before getting everything properly, such as wifi card, towels, safe key. At least they allowed us with an early check in. Do not book all inclusive formula since it's a cheat. Even tanzania beer such as serengeti or kilimanjaro are not included, they just serve another beer included. In the room you will find 2 little bottles of water (200ml each). Choose if you want to drink or have a coffee. I live in Tanzania and...

“Manca elettricità ogni giorno, Wi-Fi solo poche ore al giorno, acqua con sabbia dai rubinetti del bagno e il proprietario arrogante mi ha ripreso perché dopo una giornata in spiaggia ho invitato una amica a fare una doccia per 10 minuti e voleva che pagassi extra per l amica. 15 ore di volo per cadere in un presunto hotel xxx stars. Male molto male ”

“Nuova struttura, Completamente sul mare, molto curato e oasi di completo relax! Una realtà per vivere a contatto con l’isola e i suoi abitanti, lontana dai soliti villaggi stile europeo! Un po' complicata la strada per arrivarci! Ma ne vale la pena!”

“We stayed 4 nights. We did not have any toiletries in our room until the last night we were there. Our room felt like it was actually cleaned. The resort has potential to be a really great resort. Management of it really lacks. We had one outside light out of a possible 3. Lights burnt out inside the room. It could use proper management.”

“Both checkin and checkout process are very very slow. The staff at reception is not well trained. The first evening we found 3 coachroaches in our room. The next day we were moved to another room, where you expect everything is perfect, but the fridge was not working (changed in the afternoon). The food offer is very poor both in terms of offering (same plates every day) and taste. The beach/sea is nice but it does make up for the price you pay there. We have traveled a lot on zanzibar over...

“Beautifully laid out, beach right out every front door, very clean, staff was helpful and friendly, great food and a quiet but still family atmosphere. You can tell the owners give a lot of attention to the details. Pool was so clean and beautiful. Also the landscaping was stunning and gave it an upscale resort feel while still having an intimate feel. They set up an excursion and airport ride and made the whole process easy. Would HIGHLY recommend this place and would stay here again!”

“La spiaggia dell'hotel è il punto migliore di Kiwengwa. Di pecca ha la poca varietà di cibo e quasi sempre la stessa. Il personale, soprattutto in reception a seconda della persona che trovavi poteva era disponibile come per nulla. anche per le minime cose.”
