“Very clean room, extremely helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast! ”

“Outside trashcans had overflow of trash and was never dumped. The only elevator had inside damage to it. Rooms had roach crawling on ceiling. Infestation of ants after an ice cream spill in the room. Front desk said they sprayed but the ants returned. Pull out couch was broken and had to use a rollaway. Chair (red) in the room had old stains. Breakfast was average. ”

“Parking wasn't great, not a lot of spots. They were out of most of the food. The room wasn't cleaned very well, the lobby was beautiful though.”

“Wonderful and polite staff! Amazing welcoming at the reception and available for any question or concern. Rooms clean and well equipped! Brand new and very spacious. Valet always available! The service was amazing. If I'll be back in Cincinnati, I will for sure book again this place. Thanks!”

“The coffee came out just water. We tried several cups nothing but water. Breakfast was bagels, small muffins and cereal. Definitely short on staff only one person trying to fill the muffins and do the desk plus run the shuttle to the airport. Next time we will definitely try a different hotel”

“The checking was kind of challenging because of the roundabouts around the hotel it's easy to miss where you pull in and have to go all the way back around I thought the hotel had parking but it turns out they share a space what they health officer something so you have to pay an additional $15 to park and then you have to get some type of ticket anytime you take your car in and out the garage it was a problem with my TV I could not get it to turn on to the channels there was no signal I called...

“Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and location was great for exploring both Covington and Cincinnati. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. Despite a couple glitches in our stay, the night manager was quick to address our issues and resolve them more than satisfactorily ”

“Breakfast options were fantastic with a variety each day. Loved the Costa coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. Nice parking and great location to the airport and nearby cities.”
