“The property was lovely with beautiful views of the water. It was very private and perfect for a weekend getaway. The only hiccup was the WiFi. It was too weak to make it through a movie using either our computers or their own ROKU system. Loading was slow. They need to up their WiFi strength and put in extenders so that you can use the WiFi in the back bedroom. Otherwise are stay was perfect.”

“Everything about the listing was accurate. It is cozy, quiet and peaceful. I could walk up the road towards a dead end with my dogs and also down to Hoodsport from the cabin. There is a bit of noise from the highway up above the property, but really only in front of the house. The babbling creek was what was heard from the house and back area over the creek. There is also an open area just steps from the front door to walk dogs, too. The kitchen was very well stocked! The host was responsive...

“We have stayed at several properties on the hood canal and all agree that this is the one we will return to. The home is vibrantly decorated, accentuating the endless views through the doors and windows, well appointed with everything we needed, and spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults and a small dog. “It's a very nice property with an amazing view. We hope to return to truly enjoy it, as a wind change caused smoke from a nearby forest fire to swallow us up - we ended up needing to leave in less than 24 hours. Take away that infrequent twist, and I would highly recommend booking this beautiful spot!”

“It was as seen in the picture given and the view was so wonderful . It was off season so no one else was around if you came in summer not sure I would like to rent at that time . The driveway was hard as we have a small low car but we walked down which was fine. No wifi but that was all good for us as we watch a couple of movie . In all great place and house was really comfortable. ”
