“Uno Schifo!!!! Abbiamo lasciato l'albergo dopo avere cambiato 3 camere. Capelli nelle lenzuola usate. Bagno sporchissimo con peli dovunque. Noccioline per terra. La camera non veniva pulita da mesi. Chiedo il rimborso se no agiró per vie legali. Ho informato mr. MATT che era alla reception. Ho delle foto.”

“Jenilu was the person that helped me check in. She was so sweet and accommodating. We had flown in on a redeye and she allowed us an early check in since the rooms were ready. She even walked us up to our rooms to show us where we were staying. Rooms were clean! They also served breakfast and were extremely reasonable in price. I would absolutely love to stay there again. Lots of shopping and food options nearby. ”

“This property has not been updated in a long time. This had to be amazing in its day. Geese are all over and poop in the water so we couldn’t swim in the lake. There’s a fee for the fire pit. No food or drinks due to lack of staff. No coffee or microwave in room, no hot tub. But… great staff, pool great, nice on first floor facing lake (chairs provided to sit outside, upgraded for free, price was very reasonable for we got, clean room, bed ok, excellent food locations nearby.
