Located in the charming hamlet that is Union Pier we welcome you to Fremont Shores! This spectacular home has EVERYTHING you could ask for in a vacation rental. Your group will love the backyard equipped with both a giant private heated pool (20x40) as well as an eight-person hot tub (open year-round). Spacious and private, the backyard is the perfect summer getaway. Roast s'mores under the stars with your wood-burning firepit or wash the day's beach sand away with the outdoor shower. Just a block away to beautiful private association Gowdy Shores beach!

Four floor of living in this amazing property. The main floor boasts a lovely family room with seating for ten as well as a gas fireplace. Dining table seats ten plus island seating for six more. Fully stocked kitchen with the added bonus of an additional refrigerator for your group. Second sitting room/office has television and also a desk when you need to get back to reality. Primary bedroom with queen bed and en-suite full bathroom. Your laundry room and additional half bath also on main floor. Take your dining al fresco with your screened-in porch overlooking the pool and backyard.
The second floor has four bedrooms. Second primary bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms three and four each have a queen bed and share a jack and jill bathroom with tub/shower combo. The final bedroom will have two twin beds and there is also a full bathroom in hallway for this bedroom.
The third-floor loft is perfect for the kids! Four twin beds total with one being a trundle.
If that weren't enough we invite you to the finished basement! Kick back and relax with the giant theater screen or have a ping-pong tournament. For those with fitness in mind, you will enjoy the treadmill and elliptical machine. Work out room has a television too.

All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including private heated pool, hot tub, internet, cable, fireplace, washer/dryer, central AC and heat, firepit, gas grill, beach equipment and much more!

Fantastic property for a group

This was a great house for a large family, including kids and adults. There was a lot of space to spread out (including the 3rd floor and the basement). The outdoor area was fantastic with nice furniture and a great pool hot tub. The location can't be beat with the private beach steps away and quick access to Union Pier and New Buffalo. Our large family loved it and hope to return.

Absolutely Perfect!

Both the property and the management company were outstanding. This house was so welcoming. Every detail of this rental has been so well thought out, many extra nice touches. Bluefish Vacation Rental made the rental processes stress-free. They responded to every question and request almost immediately. Awesome experience for our entire group. This rental is what all rentals should aspire to.

Best location getaway in Union Pier

From beginning to end, the property was very clean, it was exactly as described, just steps away from the beach, and all the local stores. Matt the property Manager was amazing, he answered and did his best to grant all our requests, needless to say it made everyone have an amazing time. We would definitely go back to this property, highly recommended.

An incredible week at 10400 Smith

10400 Smith is an absolutely PERFECT home for a family getaway. The home has EVERYTHING a family gathering could hope for... a beautiful pool, hottub and space for everyone to gather both outdoors and indoors as well. All of the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen, dining room , living room and basement had every amenity necessary for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. The large theater and ping pong table in the basement was truly a bonus! The support staff was so prompt at answering any question that came up, and the location, being 1 block from the beach was beyond ideal. I cannot thank the staff enough for helping to make this a wonderful family vacaton!

5 Star location & house

We loved staying here. Was left in perfect condition and 1 block walk to the beach and Lake Michigan. Backyard had a great setup with the pool, hot tub and grill and plenty of sitting areas. Highly recommend.
