Moonlight Beach Bungalow 2 blocks to Lake Michigan beach!

Great Studio cottage located in Union Pier, Michigan on the lakeside of Red Arrow Highway is ideal to everywhere in beautiful Harbor Country. It’s only 90 minutes from Chicago. A place to renew, refresh, and relax. The area is experiencing exciting new updates while keeping a small beach town feel. Self guided wine tours and breweries are available. Many food options are nearby from tasty breakfast cafes to full formal dining. Weekends offer a fresh farmer’s market and seasonal fruit picking. Antique treasure shopping or find one of a kind arts and crafts in Sawyer and Three Oaks. Try your luck at Four Winds Casinos with music entertainment throughout the year.

Our cottage is the middle unit of three studio bungalows with its own designated parking. Oversized vehicles can park on the street. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator/ freezer, table/ chairs, electric cooktop, air fryer, microwave, outdoor grill, coffee maker, toaster, and utensils/ plate ware for your dining needs. In addition to the king size bed, we offer a pull out Queen sofa sleeper for the kids or extra adults. There is wireless internet and a smart TV accessing multiple streaming services. Cable TV is not available but you can cast video from your mobile or iPad. We have beach towels, insulated cooler bag, umbrella / chairs and kiddie toys for the beach.

After your sunny day at the fine sandy Lake Michigan shores come back to the cottage to relax with your favorite beverage. Sit out on the patio looking out to the expansive courtyard. At night, stroll back to the beach taking in its wonderful tree lined path to watch the stunning sunset and marvel at the starry night sky.

Besides Berrien Beach, the Warren Dunes is about 15 minutes away. In May, check out the Tulip Festival in Holland. Spend a day kayaking or fishing in the beautiful Galien River. Come in the Fall for the bountiful pumpkins. Year round there are art festivals, wine festivals, fall color changes and winter skiing. This area is not just a summer place!

One of the best places we've stayed at. They thought of everything. It actually felt bigger than the photos suggested. Sparkling clean, great bed, the coffee and beach chairs were a bonus. We would definitely stay here again. We loved it!

PERFECT STAY!We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculately clean and ready for guests. They were incredibly friendly and proactive, providing detailed check-in instructions and great local tips that made our stay even better. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.The location was also perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything. We were minutes from shops, restaurants, and local attractions, but it still felt like a private retreat. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We especially loved the outdoor space—it was ideal for relaxing with morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.Other highlights: fast Wi-Fi, comfy bed, assigned parking, and thoughtful touches like local guidebooks.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed home away from home. Lovely place in a great location

We really wnjoyed our stay. The licTion is perfe t, with a restaurant less than 30 seconds walk from the bungalow, as well as a groceries/coffee shop. The beach is walking distance and you can rent bikes not far either. The bugalow was really.clean with plenty of towels available. The kitchen amenities are limited but enough for a short stay

Cozy and clean stay for 2

We spent a Notre Dame football weekend at the Moonlight beach bungalow. Too cold to enjoy the lake but the surrounding area was very nice and quiet. The bungalow was very clean and nicely furnished, perfect accommodations for our weekend getaway. Thanks for a nice stay.

LOVED this bungalow, perfect location and has everything you need to enjoy your getaway!

What a great property, comfy bed, and seating area. The kitchen is well stocked for a smaller place ( Keurig, coffee maker AND air fryer),great rainshower as well. We were here for a wedding, a little cool for the beach but we walked there anyway. The property was lovely- firepit, landscaping, even tho close to Red Arrow highway, we never noticed, very quiet. Would definitely return in the summer months.

Relaxing place to stay

Convenient to restaurant, grocery and beach. Walked a block or so to public beach access. Some attractions in the area were closed since the season was over. Still we visited a nice winery, book store and several restaurants and coffee shops.

New Buffalo 5K

We truly enjoyed staying at the Moonlight Beach Bungalow #2. It was clean and well decorated/supplied. Also, close to a very nice restaurant (Whistle Stop) that offered gluten free items! I would stay again. The only issue was the sleeping arrangements - we had four people and it was very tight.
