Union Pier Home Walking Distance To Beach With Hot Tub!

3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, Sleeps 8

Located in the sleepy community of Union Pier, we welcome you to Woodlawn Cottage! This three-bedroom, two full bath home, is centrally located to both the beach and many Union Pier shops and restaurants. Just over a couple block walk away from a beautiful Lake Michigan beach or grab your morning coffee and pastries at Whistle Stop nearby.

Soak your worries away in your private outdoor hot tub (open year round) or roast s'mores under the stars with your outdoor firepit. A great time to cook out too with your gas grill.

Master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has two queen beds and third bedroom has two twin beds. Full bathroom in hallway as well for the bedrooms to share. Fully stocked kitchen has everything you need. Dining for up to six guests plus island seating for three. Family room has flat screen TV or cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace for those cool fall evenings.

All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including internet, central air/heat, private hot tub, gas grill, outdoor firepit, washer/dryer, and much more.

**All Guests Required To Sign Our Guest Occupancy Agreement.

**Minimum Age of 25 Years Old To Rent.

**Maximum Four Car Parking.

Great property and location!

The house is so nice - the inside was very clean, bright and well equipped. We loved the short walks to the beach and several local shops including restaurants, coffee shops, and gelato. The overall central location in Harbor Country was also a plus. We very much enjoyed the terrific hot tub out back! Our main complaint about the property is that the back deck and furniture were filthy - a good power washing and new cushions would have made it much more inviting. Also very disappointed that they do not have recycling service - we had to haul home our recyclables. In addition, the final cost after MANY taxes and fees was WAY higher than first anticipated using base cost. ***A heads up if you are staying here this summer - a house is being built next door - we were not informed of this. We were lucky it was not noisy, but I’m sure it will be at times this summer.***

Great stay!

The overall property was spectacular. Great showers, awesome ranch home with newer updates and clean hot tub. It was a perfect weekend getaway with the dog. We will for sure be coming back again in the near future.

Great Property!

The house was just as described, and had many amenities. Very cute house! The communication with Bluefish Rental was excellent. Fast response, and great customer service! There are a few things to be aware of when renting this house and these are the reasons I gave 4 stars, not 5: 1) The 3rd bedroom is not really a bedroom. It does have 2 twin beds, however, there are 2 double doors to enter and the doors have see through blinds on them. When going with other couples, it wasn’t ideal to have that as a bedroom. Plus, it didn’t have a closet. 2) We were enjoying a nice outside fire in the fire pit with some music, and the police were called by the neighbors. Not just 1 neighbor, but 2, to complain of a “party” we were having. Granted, it was 1030 (we didn’t realize the time), however, we are in our late 40s and were just enjoying some time by the fire. It was 5 of us sitting by the fire, not a party. The neighborhood and location of the house would be more ideal for those who don’t like to sit outside or play music. Blue Fish did do a fantastic job and we were super happy with them!

Great space for family

The property was nicely managed, clean and comfortable for our family of four and two grandparents. We enjoyed our two-day stay and evening walks to the beach for sunset.
