“My experience with this property was extremely disappointing. In the host’s initial check-in guidelines, it explicitly stated that check-in was not available until 3 p.m., but separately listed the key pickup hours as 7 a.m.–9 p.m. I arrived in Paris early expecting to pick up my keys based on those instructions. When I arrived, I entered the provided code multiple times, but it did not work. There was also no luggage storage available, leaving me with a large suitcase and nowhere to leave it....

“Apartment was clean and much as described. However, one bedroom has a shower in the room but you have to go down the hallway to the toilet and sink. Other bath is across the hallway from the bath. It is one flight of steps up with no lift. We were greeted and shown everything. Internet seemed to work fine. The neighborhood was colorful. It was quiet. It was not what I would call luxurious but we certainly got what we paid for. ”
