Hi Laura, Thanks so much for your feedback on your stay. We understand that you wished there was a washer and dryer on site for your use. We do not and cannot advertise for a washer and dryer for use, as the septic system here is not set up to withstand many guests doing a lot of laundry. A Washer and Dryer is not listed as something that would have been provided to you or listed in our amenities. Please always be certain to check with us on the use of washer and dryers on site, prior to booking if there’s ever any question. We do have staff on call 24-7 to help answer any questions that may arise. Please reach out to us regarding the extra guest fees. We operate on a variable rate to keep from charging maximum capacity rates 100% of the time. If the correct guest total is entered upon check out, you will see the additional guest fee listed out on your final invoice, prior to agreeing to pay it. I am happy to send over exact information on where this can be found if you would like to have it! We also have an experienced, licensed hot tub technician on staff who services each one before and after every single stay. There are guidelines we are required to follow regarding chlorination levels that we are mandated to adhere to, especially during a pandemic. We do have to ensure that they’re safe to utilize for all guests, which includes keeping the chlorine levels at these set standards. Again, please always feel free to reach out to us with any issues that arise during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to remedy any issues experienced! Thank you.
