“We absolutely loved our stay! Despite the hotel being extremely busy with the rodeo weekend, the staff was exceptionally friendly.”

“The hallway was dirty leading to the room. Our sheets were dirty. (They did offer a new room and changed the sheets upon request. I just feel like the room should be clean and ready for you when you arrive.The bathroom floor was dirty. It appeared maybe there had been some work done under the sink and maybe they forgot to clean up after. There were no wash cloths and no bath mat.”

“Only two towels in the room it was old coffee left in the coffee maker so we had to go downstairs to get extra towels. The breakfast is not free. I think if they have free breakfast, it would be better and if they have tile set for four people that would be better but other than that, it was OK because my trip was to meet mine great grandbaby.”

“All the ice machines were broken. The exit door on the north was broken. The trim on the cabinets in the room was cracked and peeling. The pool has been closed for most of the summer and is still not fixed. The stairwell carpet needs vacuuming. The bed skirts had spills or stains. It seemed like it was a good hotel that is really run down now.”
