“I stayed at four different hotels in Guatemala City and the Hyatt Centric was by far the best. The hotel is brand new. Rooms are decorated with a super modern design. The swimming pool in the rooftop was fantastic: I could swim seriously since, unlike in many other hotels, the pool was really long. Breakfast was excellent and the service was super good. I will definitely come back. ”

“Staff was incredibly welcoming and nice. Let us drop our bags early, and when we returned to check in, they had already put our bags in our room. They also took care of ordering a taxi for us to get to the airport at 3:00 a.m. with honest prices and right on time. It was a great stay at the end of an amazing adventure. ”

“Very good hotel, in a quiet area of Guatemala City. The hotel room was actually a 2-bedroom + living room apartment full of space and with large and very comfortable beds. Very nice staff and common shared areas (pool, garden, breakfast room, etc) very well maintained.”

“Hotel di alto livello a Cayala, piccola area privata, posh, ai limiti del kitsch, dove tuttavia si percepisce comunque un atmosfera gradevole ed a suo modo è integrata nella città (o perlomeno nella zona 16). Non manca nulla e si può camminare in tutta tranquillità. La terrazza all'ultimo piano domina la città e la colazione è di alto standard. Le stanze ampie e riservate.
