“This is a beautiful little spot about a 20-minute walk from downtown Paramaribo. I also stayed downtown, and can surely say I much prefer being away from the noise and crowds of the city center. Villa Famiri is in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You can also walk to downtown though it's not a nice walk (no sidewalks, lots of trash and standing water, lots of traffic). They have a lovely common area and pool so it's great for relaxing. “Stanza abbastanza grande ma un po’ rumorosa dovuto ai generatori del aria condizionata. Il servizio pulizia buono ma a volte arrivavano le 4 del pomeriggio e la stanza non era ancora pronta. Colazione ottima è molto abbondante.”

La sola cosa ridicola e un po' truffaldina é il sistema dei prezzi delle carte dei menù e delle escursioni, i prezzi della carta menù sono in USA$, poi vengono addebitati (cambiati) in SR$, le tariffe delle escursioni sono in €. e poi vengono addebitate in SR$. “La struttura, come si vede dalla foto, è un palazzo su due piani composto da diverse abitazioni. Quelle del secondo piano devono arrivarci tramite una scala a chiocciola molto stretta e quindi non è molto consigliabile, al primo piano invece c'è solo una scala normale. Io ho soggiornato al secondo piano. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, cè una grossa sala per metà cucina e due camere da letto con il bagno (suddiviso in tazza e doccia).
