Unfortunately, when I came back at night to go to sleep, I discovered the bed sheets had clearly not been changed from the previous guest. There were pee stains and hair all over the sheets, which was honestly disgusting and very upsetting. “The property itself was very well maintained. The courtyard was very nice with plants with nice seating in the and at the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was really good at the “restaurant” on site. Loved that they had a small Starbucks machine and could make drinks, even had alternative milk choices. Loved that they stored our luggage when we arrived way before our check in time (10:30 am) and even on our check out day, they stored our luggage until 5:30! They didn’t...

“Got put in the back housing where the concrete walls were never finished and the coaster train was not more the 25 ft from the window of our room and the coaster ran all hours of the night keeping us up everytime it passed by the building. floors were carpeted but had never been shampood at all washed our feet off and made a wash rag completely black from how dirty the floors were in the rooms.”
