“Staff was nice, room didn’t have a fire alarm at all. No soap for hand washing or in the shower. Breakfast was sparse. Desperately in need of renovations. ”

“The Red Lion Inn is very well situated in Post Fall, ID, convenient to a full range of restaurants with short drives, and to access I 90 quickly. The staff were very friendly at the front desk. The facility adequately clean but with a very worn look and feel. “Very nice new hotel. Only complaint is they shouldn’t be charging extra for the mediocre breakfast. ”

“Dirty and run down. Smoke detector was hanging from ceiling. Sink did not drain and we had to use the ice bucket to collect water from sink. Bedding was stained. Hair in the bathtub drain. ”

I was here 2 weeks and housekeeping never showed up and marked “no service” when I requested it multiple times. Room was a no smoking room but stunk like a casino. Cigarette holes in the sheets. Sheets were dirty. Sink drained to a trash can. Floors were dirty and under the bed was filfthy”

“The lighting over the bathroom sink is not very bright. Breakfast options limited but the options were good. Staff was awesome! Everything felt clean and fresh. Felt safe!”

“Found out when I arrived the hotel was overbooked and there were no rooms available. Person at the front desk said they called me but they never did. Person told me “this isn’t on me” referring to herself and did not offer any advice or assistance finding another hotel. ”

“I like the Oxford Suites Location in Spokane Valley near the Mall and staff are great. The rooms are clean and continental breakfast is the best. ”
