“We arrived here late at night. Me and 2 kids. My kids dubbed it "the Royal Prison Yard of New Orleans". There were a group of kids chilling near the front door. There's a fence with a gate you have to go through to get to the parking lot. We ended up staying somewhere else as it did not feel safe to bring young kids into.”

“Based on the pictures the hotel appears to be fairly decent however I was highly disappointed. One of the elevators sounds like it needs maintenance and smells like mildew and needs a good cleaning. The hallways also smell like mildew. There was what appeared to be a dehumidifier in the hallway but was not turned on. I had to switch my room because the first one had standing water when I turned the shower on. The next room they moved me to was not any better. The room floor looked as if they...

“Clean room, staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast is ok for the price. Plus, you get 3 drinks every night for adults. ”

“Everything was great except for the motion sensor blue light that's apparently in all rooms. I was told this controls the AC. This light lights up the room at night with the slightest of movement. I can't believe somebody thought this was a brilliant idea. ”

“The in room small fridge was noisy and the unit became uncomfortable hot to the touch after a few hours to the point we felt safer to unplug and do without any chilled water. A compact fridge is a must have when i travel but the one in my room 213 was a poor and cheap version for a otherwise well established hotel accommodation .”
