“The staff that was there truly amazing and doing their best with what they have. However the property is a 1 ⭐️ minus well be a motel ! I’ve never seen a holiday inn in that condition. The elevator looks scary window in the room burst out the outside of the hotel is mad dirty just unkept the lock on the door in the room looks like it’s been kicked in before 😆 patches missing out of the floor just lord no ! Oh and the house keep was running the vacuum at 8am! Check out at 11”

“Staff was very nice. Rooms needed attention as did hallways and elevator. We stayed at Comfort suites in Lakewood for a week at 12704 PACIFIC HIGHWAY. IT WAS EXCEPTIONAL !!! LACEY location was not well kept up but okay for 1 night. Breakfast was nearly empty of food by 9:30 am In Lacey”

“The Ramada at this site is under construction so the main reception is not accessible and room windows are all blocked out by plastic sheets. Inside the room, it seems to have just been renovated with new amenities but still smells like moldy carpets. The breakfast is just a little below the average with scrambled eggs and bacons. Juice is directly provided from one-gallon bottles purchased from a grocery store. The room was spacious and quite though.”

“If you like the constant smell of weed, this is your place! I inquired and they just said they are not sure which room it is coming from, yet.. Rooms are smoke free 'today', not in the past. Seems there is fair amount permanent State provided residents, Halfway housing and\or other. Breakfast is so/so processed slop. No eggs, no meat, but not worthless. The whole place is pretty run down. I booked for the pool, but was not quite excited once I saw it. I rarely feed the need to write a...

“ask for 2 queen beds and a rollaway for 5 people .didn't have a rollaway. didn't leave enough towels. made one queen bed and left the other one unmade. didn't have hot breakfast the day we checked out. the cook didn't show up. we had to buy another room for $200. for our 2 grandsons because there was no rollaway.”

“Hotel was above average, but the hotel staff was not as helpful. Many times the desk was unmanned. The breakfast had the bare minimum and we constantly had to ask for coffee to be refilled. The pool was closed, so we could not use it. The hotel was quiet and our stay was fine. We would stay here again for a night, but only very short term, since there are better options for the same price range.”

“Had a horrible experience and would not stay at this hotel again. The loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. Our air conditioning unit sounded like a plane, ran rough the whole stay, and the room fridge ran all night. The shower didn’t have a curtain liner, the curtain was like a bed sheet and was ripped in several areas and leaked water out of the shower. The bed was lumpy and even, overall horrible hotel experience.”

“Definitely will be going back. Staff was kind and room and premises clean. The only reason I gave a 4 was due to a person who said they were checking in by the front desk. This person had a pitbull off its leash and then got extremely agitated with me when i asked him if he could put the dog on a leash. So while I felt safe for most of the time there, the last few minutes could have gone bad very quickly. I kept myself calm and quickly gave the employee my pass key to the room and left....

“the room is dirty and stinks of smoke, the floor is stiky, the pool is not available”

“Breakfast was mediocre selection. Coffee was lukewarm. No coffee in the room at all. Staff not at all helpful. I asked for a receipt and was given a receipt for someone entirely different. I asked again in the morning, and the girl was more concerned about description of the girl that gave me the wrong receipt, and then proceeded to tell me she was unable to provide me a receipt. I would not stay again.”
