“This was my first stay at the property. The area was clean, and overall the stay itself was fine. However, I had a concerning interaction with a staff member that needs to be addressed. Before leaving, I went up to return the cart and shared an elevator with a staff member. She looked at me and said, “Ah, you’re the one who asked to change your bed sheets. The front desk call and ask me to change your bed sheet at 4;00 pm". This was extremely unprofessional. For context, we had called the...

“Refinishing paint job sloppy; broken window in bedroom; air conditioner barely keep room tolerable, even on 50 to 70 outside; scary outside stairs to navigate (thank goodness it didn't rain while using); if there was suppose to be any kind of breakfast or similar eat-on-the-go items, there wasn't. The new toilet was nice.”

“We didnt stay .. this was binghamton not the vestal hotel which is nice .. sheets were soiled with large brown spot ,room smelled strongly of cigarette some , hallway rugs were black with dirt .. were told we could change the sheets ourselves or cancel … we cancelled .. ”

“Check in was friendly and fast. Room was very clean. Mattress and pillows were very comfy. The heat worked great. Bathroom was spotless and modern with plenty of hot water. Free coffee was tasty. My room faced the highway so I expected some road noise but it was non existent. Overall a great stay at a reasonable price. I grew up in the area so I go back every once in a while for the local food and I just found my new home away from home. ”
