“Very disappointed in the condition of the room. It wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was one ice machine for three floors, and it was broken so the staff tried to compensate with bags of ice if needed. These days no frills is expected but this was beyond. They charged us two different type of fees plus $4.72 per day to park. This was not expected from an Expedia booking. “Great place to stay, right next to I-70. The staff was friendly and helpfu. Adequate breakfast, the breakfast matron was very helpful.”

“Good hotel, but you can tell it is an old property compared to the other options at this exit. Met our needs for an overnight trip but nothing else. Stairs super squeaky, like the floor below the carpet was about to crumble. Back door had a rock propping it open every time we came down the stairs, so our safety at times felt questionable. Probably won’t ever go here again. Worth the extra money to stay somewhere else.”

“Staff had great customer service. The previous shift was supposed to have are room on the first floor but their was some miscommunications so when we checked in it wasn’t available. They made this right and put us in a suite and gave us some snacks and drinks for the mix up. They did this on their own initiative. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We had a great experience.”
