“The hotel & room appeared fresh and clean upon arrival. However, the bed pillows were mini-sized, flat and needed to be replaced. There was mildew along the floor of the shower walls. Our floor was noisy—children running up & down the hall, running down the stairs. (Parent’s fault) One of the front desk managers was unfriendly when I asked for clean towels for our second night. “This beautiful modern hotel is set in a complex of multiple restaurants and businesses, making it very convenient. It's close proximity to Texas A&M University is also a plus for those going to games, etc. The on-site restaurant, Porter's, is so good we went there one night, had reservations at another restaurant the next night, cancelled those, and returned to Porter's! If I had to say anything, is that the hot tub in the room clearly hadn't been used in some time so there was debris in the plumbing that came out. Everything else was 10/10 and we really enjoyed our stay. It is located in the perfect place, everything we needed was within 10 - 15 minutes.”
