“Aircon leaked. They asked me to shutdown the supply and wait for 5 mins.. after 5 mins same issue. Went to front desk again and they came in, checked.. finally they changed me to another room. Went to 2nd room at 3 rd floor, the room key was not working. Went down and i told to them the issue.. they say impossible. Later they came up with me and saw the issue... they gave another key to go into the room... image the trouble that i went through. Room noisy from outside.. pub, eyc. As as...

Unfortunately my room is facing back alley, sink is slow to discharge, walls are pealing, noise from people outside is really loud as if the door is thin. I will not come back again, there are better ones out there.”
