“Beautiful location, kind employees, great breakfast, but the house itself is in a bit of disrepair, including some of the furniture and decor, the art on the walls are aged and faded in color, even the arches and shutters of the house need basic repair and re-paintinng. Has a lot of potential to be a truly beautiful spot, but it was disappointing to see the condition.”

“L'hotel, facile da trovare, lascia a desiderare per quanto riguarda la pulizia degli spazi comuni: la hall è maleodorante e bisogna sottolineare che è il luogo dove consumare la colazione (un pò contenuta rispetto agli standard degli altri hotel frequentati nel nostro viaggio negli USA) !!! L'hotel è in parziale ristrutturazione, ma la camera era assolutamente pulita e confortevole. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e professionale.”

“The room was pleasant and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast room was clean and well-kept. The attendant was constantly checking the food and supplies and willing to help anyone with their specific needs. It is located downtown Bay City and is surrounded by the main roads but it was well sound conditioned so once you walked in you couldn't hear the traffic whizzing by constantly. It was also walkable to many restaurants which was great since we didn't want to...
