“The breakfast bar was, by far, the best I have ever seen. Parking was safe and accessible. Staff was helpful, and the rooms were very clean. The proximity to my meetings at the Classic Center made everything so easy. I will be back!!”

“Granted this was UGA graduation weekend and demand was high- the price we paid for our rooms was a little out of whack for what you get. Everything is pretty dated and not that nice. Room had a busted toilet paper and towel rack, bed sheet had stain on it. There’s only one elevator that goes to upper floors which doesn’t work well with high occupancy. “Wow..just wow! All I can say about this stay was that it was absolutely incredible. Starting from the very easy pre-check in process all the way to the gorgeous rooms, every detail of the Kasa was creative, innovative, and of course, stunning. Between the free iced protein coffee beverages and water in the room refrigerator (plus snacks, like protein bars and chocolate!) to a fully, and I mean fully stocked lobby area with complimentary snacks and more drink options than most restaurants have,...

“The staff at the reception were courteous and helpful. I used the stationary bicycle in the gym. Didn't have time to use the indoor pool but it looked clean. I didn't like the smell of the room. It took a bit of work to program TV so I could watch. Convenient location. Reasonable price.”

“Building held together with glue. Huge carpet holes - tripping hazard in hall. Strong mold/fungus odor in room - owner obviously knew because there was a dehumidifier sitting on the floor. Bathroom door stuck closed with loose handle and hinges- had to lift the door up to open. Parking lot too small - had to park in adjacent liquor store lot. Staff was pleasant and free coffee station was nice”
