“The front desk employee was super helpful. I forgot a to print a waiver for a cheer clinic and she was gracious enough to help out, even though the printer at the hotel was down. Highly recommend.”

“The breakfast offers a great variety and is delicious. The rooms are large and clean. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap for guests. The location is excellent, close to Texas Tech. I really liked the hotel. Whenever I return, I will stay here again.”

“The room was clean, and staff was helpful. I found it strange that the front desk had restrictions on the TVs volume. Remote would not work or couldn’t be adjusted without their assistance. The coffee maker in the room and refrigerator did not work properly. The refrigerator froze everything, when adjusted it was either to warm or way to cold. The air conditioner was so loud, it made it difficult to sleep. This was not somewhere I would stay again for longer than a night, our 3 day stay was...

“Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. “The room was over priced wasn’t cleaned. Well they overcharged for snacks downstairs no hot tub. It took forever to check in and then it was so hard to get extra towels throughout our stay. “The property is in a great location - right next to Texas Tech, not far from restaurants and shopping. It would be nice if technology inputs were updated - however, that would be my only complaint. (Don't for get your plug, there are no USB connections within the room).”

“Right after check in I was immediately told the pool was out of service. When I opened the room door, the smell of wet dog and old cigarettes kicked me in the face harder than a Chuck Norris round house to the chin. The carpet looked wet and more like linoleum than fibers. The pillows were stained more yellow than a smokers teeth. We had roaches coming out from under the bed and bathroom as a welcome committee.
