“La struttura è sicuramente una delle migliori della zona di Chinatown. L’albergo è pulito e ben tenuto a 300 metri dalla fermata Red della metropolitana (3/4 fermate dal Loop). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. I dintorni non sono il massimo e occorre prendere i mezzi per arrivare al centro ”

“Breakfast was good; room was very clean. However, after getting ready for bed, and hoping to watch the large-screen TV, I discovered there was no remote control. I called the front desk; the sole person on duty was unable to bring me a remote, and I didn’t want to get redressed to go to the front desk. “Average hotel but few things: the lights in the room required to be lit singularly everywhere to get some light, very strange to not get them on in the evening after the entrance. Few extra steps required to access the floor of our room after the elevator, not tragic but strange and annoying when carrying heavy luggage. “Stayed here to attend a concert at United Center. We were hoping we’d feel safe enough to walk and we were. So many people at the hotel were also attending the same show, we all walked back home in a big group! Room was large, breakfast was above the standard fare, service from staff very friendly and accommodating, and this area of town was not riddled with traffic. If I ever go to another event at UC again I’ll definitely stay here!”

“Affordable parking was difficult, we ended up using a third party for parking and got a ride to the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and all the staff were extremely friendly. We were very happy with the room we got for the price we paid. Breakfast was decent, and there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel for other meals. ”
