“We arrived on a Friday night. The parking lot was flooded due to severe area rains. The owners were working diligently to reduce the level of water. We were directed to park in the rear and had no issue doing so. I cannot and will not fault the owners. They were working very hard for those staying there. I found the room clean and comfortable. I know there have been derogatory comments about the continental breakfast. I saw plenty of options for food, however, there was a group of people...

“Worst stay ever. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and the heater was not working properly. Despite the cold weather, the room never got warm enough, making the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the shower curtain and curtain rod were already broken when we arrived, which showed a lack of maintenance and attention to basic room upkeep. Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic expectations for comfort and cleanliness. I would not stay here again.”

“The view was remarkable! Breakfast was great. The only negative comment would be that the place needs a little tlc. Our balcony screen door had a broken screen. Our lamps were missing lightbulbs and the outlets don't hold a plug (in some).”

We stayed at the budget inn and they make it very clear through the booking and on the lobby door of the budget inn that you checkin/out at the Thunderbird Inn next door. “When I booked it the pictures showed the cabin I thought we were staying in the cabin but we stayed in the building that’s really old next to the cabin it was on the lake but the room was very outdated, the door got jammed had to slam it open and shut the lock had to jiggle it to lock it the rooms had bugs but it was expected being off the lake but the furnitures were outdated broken or just didn’t belong. The rooms are spacious 2 bathrooms showers were small but got the job done we checked in...

“staff are liers.. beds clean.. arragant and not helpful.. i drove 3 days and reached the motel at 1pm.. wanted to check in.. told to wait till 4 pm.. room had to be cleaned.. i did get checked in at 3pm.. room had spider webs all over door to the casing.. bathtub had 2 large spiders in tub.. sink had web with spider over the drain.. the room had not beed used the night before as staff stated.. my last stay at any of their propertys.. terrible staff..guy had two full tattoo sleaves and shaved...
