“We had a very pleasant stay. Concierge David was amazing and very helpful. The location is very central and convenient. Parking options nearby are limited, but valet parking was very convenient. The shower head kept falling down, which was a bit inconvenient, but the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We especially loved the pool and the wet deck. We would definitely stay here again. :)”

“The boom gate on the car park was not working when we arrived but was repaired by the time we left. One of the two lifts was not working for all of our stay. Our bathroom sink plug was stuck but one of the staff managed to dislodge it. ”

“Well positioned. Beautiful room overlooking the river. Expensive onsite restaurants. The only issue was the lifts. The swipe card worked intermittently and that affects the efficient use of the lifts. ”

“Building manager - Ryan Montgomery - provided excellent service. The unit that we rented was on the 15th floor, it was clean, good city view and the area was close to the river, restaurants and grocery stores.”
