“Didn’t really explain parking to well, but figured it out and accidentally paid for a parking spot. elevators broke or system went down and we had to walk up 15 floors which was horrible”

“Is great complex, with restaurants, water park, a large garden, gym, shops and a lot of spots for relaxing.”

“I love Hilton Garden Inn Hotels so much! The staff is always friendly and attentive with all your needs. The hotel is always clean and welcoming. I also like that 12pm is check out time also. The breakfast you have to pay for but it is a good breakfast.”

“Hotel was under major renovations. Nothing said at the time of booking. Room was not clean, air conditioning was coming off the wall with mold and dust all over. AC would work and then stop. I made the staff aware they did nothing. Ice makers didn't work. Staff seemed to be more involved in their TV watching to take care of the guest”
