“The room was huge and very clean. There was secure parking. The breakfast was adequate. Staff was kind and helpful. We had the pool to ourselves at most times. The location was convenient. It was a nice hotel for the money. We will stay there again when we visit our son in Uptown.

First, when I checked in only one person working in the counter quite a few people checking in at the same time I was given a room on the first floor right next to the parking lot. After seeing that I came to the front desk and I said I would just like a room away from the parking lot maybe on a little higher floor. No problem the gentleman said he gave me 403 and as I went to the elevator to ride up with my luggage, I noticed...
