“We checked in and my husband wasn’t feeling well. I called the front desk and she shifted things around so that we could stay the next night also. We had a room with an accessible bathroom and our dog so space was hard to find. Everything was great. ”
“You could not ask for a nicer quiet B&B and the hosts were amazing. You will be all by yourself as they only host one couple at a time. On Cottage Lake the facility is warm and friendly, and a little dated with the layout. It's private and breakfast is served at whatever time you want, and it's excellent! A very nice getaway that seems away from everything but only half hour-40 minutes or so from Seattle. ”

“Room was very clean with a great bed! Front desk staff were friendly and informative.
Excellent access to many restaurants, fast food, grocery and drugstores.
It’s a couple of quick turns from the freeway, but noise was not an issue.”
“My 2 adult kids and I stayed for 5-days and the place was quiet, comfortable and close to many attractions. I did not give 5 stars on the condition, because the yard needs attention, and is overgrown. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! ”
“We visited Seattle for a family birthday and stayed in the Courtyard in Kirkland/c it was the only handicap accessible room to be found in the area. Kudos to Courtyard!
Very nice. My only criticism was that the bar was not open on Sat evening. Sometimes I enjoy a nightcap at the bar.
We took public transport to the Public Market and it was easy, bus stop close to hotel, inexpensive, and speedy enough to offset driving. Plus scenic. ”

I will return to this boutique hotel. It’s located centrally in Kirkland with easy access to to downtown and the waterfront. Kirkland, Bellevue and just minutes to downtown Seattle make it perfect for business. It’s quiet and has all the amenities for walking, shopping and dinning in the area.
