“The breakfast menu was fine, but there was no one to clean the tables. The man at the desk was trying to assist customers and also run the breakfast bar. You need someone assigned directly to the breakfast bar.
Also, the hotel rooms were not clean. It was obvious that the rooms had not been vacuumed, and the bathroom floor was disgusting. Also, the drain in the shower needs to be fixed it almost ran over the edge while taking a shower. Unacceptable. This property needs attention. ”

“Very disappointed with the expedia & quality inn!!
For the price we paid, ( $170)we truly felt conned!! As the pics in expedia shows lovely 3 star hotel with upgrades. But the reality was it’s a beaten down motel with dirty carpets, super suspicious dirty & stained couches, as if picked up from roadside !! Which costs $50/night
They have done some upgrades, that ain’t gonna change the fact it is nothing but a shady roadside motel. Booked a non smoke room. But had cigarette smell in the room....
