“Nice staff clean rooms”

“Front lobby had a huge leak in the roof pouring water into a few buckets. Our Bathroom smelled of urine. Heat registers were rusty. Bathroom sink had a dirty facecloth sitting on it. We walked out didnt spend the night we decided to drive another 2 hrs to sault st marie. We werent given a refund. Staff were friendly but this place should not be able to operate.”

“Place is new and well maintained. Staff we’re great With lack of restaurants in this small city I would suggest breakfast to be served. Minimal of a full continental breakfast with boil eggs with assorted bagels, english muffins wrapped muffins. ”

“The property was great for traveling with pets, and it even offered pet blankets. Rooms were nicely renovated, very clean, and had comfortable beds—perfect motel for quick stays during roadtrips, and reasonably priced.”

“We recently stayed at this hotel and overall it was okay, but there were several issues. The room itself was clean and fairly nice. The only complaint about the room setup was that the TV was definitely too small for the size of the space. We brought our own toiletries, so it didn’t affect us much, but the hotel only provided shampoo and facial soap — no hand soap, body soap, or conditioner. The outside conditions were a major concern.
