Beautiful Cottage on Lake Superior with Incredible Sunsets

This Four Seasons 1400 sq ft cottage faces Lake Superior with over 110ft of lakefront, private boat launch and outdoor fire pit.

During the summer, this cottage is perfect for ATV, biking,water activities and hiking.

During the winter, it is ideal for snowmobiling, snowshoeing and enjoying the wood burning stove.

Only 51 km from Searcmont Ski Resort. Easy day trips to destinations like Pancake Bay, Old Woman Bay, Bathtub Island, Robertson Cliffs and many more.

The space was clean and comfortable overall. The bunk bed room and the games room were accessed through the master bedroom which was a bit odd. There were no window coverings on any of the windows which required some thoughtfulness when changing. Our family is taller than average so the shower also took some adjusting too. There was limited items in the kitchen - so plan to bring oil, spices, everything you might need beyond salt and pepper. There was also no firewood supplied, which wasn’t on the listing so something to be aware of when getting there. The sandy beach was lovely but a bit too far to walk, overall we had a lovely weekend. Owner was responsive to messages, checkin process was easy,

This was our second stay at the property. Everything was very clean and covenient. The sandy beach down the road was a nice bonus that we did not take advantage of on our previous visit. Highly recommended.

We staying for 7 days and had a great time. The cottage was comfortable and the grandchildren enjoyed the games room. Curtains in the bedroom would have been nice, especially when some people were walking by our beach ,when I was changing. Scott was great getting back to us ,when we had a few glitches in the cottage. The sunsets were amazing as stated in the listing

Beautiful camp tucked away on a rocky shore of beautiful Lake Superior. -perfect for two families -great variety of things to do for the kids and adults -awesome fire pit area-fun explorations on the sandy beach at the end of the road-lovely deck/sitting area-A/C was a huge bonus for night time Scott was a friendly and helpful host, booking and check in were easy. Would book again for sure.

Peaceful location and idyllic view

A little off the beaten path is what we were looking for. This lovely home is well appointed and thoughtfully stocked. A wonderful view morning, noon and night. Supply runs are a short distance away and the hosts were communicative and friendly throughout. Looking forward to another visit soon.

Beautiful Sunsets

Everything was clean and very accommodating! The hosts were easily reachable and very kind! The outside atmosphere is so relaxing and you are literally on the lake! The sunsets are unforgettable! Love having a washer and dryer on site! The outside seating is so comfortable and sets multiple people. It was great having a game room for the kids! Hands down, the best place to stay ever!

Great location!

We had a great time on Lake Superior. We got a glimpse of the northern lights the first night and then a snow squall came and clouded it over the rest of the time. The roads were kept clear within a reasonable time frame and we didn't have 4x4. The owner was responsive and great to work with. Our kids loved the games and toys that were provided!

Relaxing and beautiful home

The sunsets were breathtaking. You could enjoy from chairs near the water or from the panoramic windows in the living area. Very comfortable, relaxing, homey and beautiful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks for sharing your home.

Weekend Trip

Super fun stay! Backyard is great for yard games and grilling. Beautiful views and sunsets over Lake Superior and we got to see a rolling fog over the lake, so that was pretty cool. Fun outdoor activities in the local area. Indoors is great, lots of room and sleeping space for guests as well as clean!
