Hotel a Unorganized North Cochrane

“Booked a suite. Had a super weird layout. If you want to lay on the bed and watch TV don’t book a suite. Exterior window sills were covered in bird poop. Not just a little. They were coated in it.”

“Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond. Stove was broke so he loaned us his personal air fryer. Room was very clean and comfortable. No complaints at all. Will go back again.”

“Room had no working heat other than a plug in small heater that ran all night long when the temp outside was -18 it could not get the room temp over 58F. I just had surgery and needed the room for the night because the hospital couldn’t keep me due to lack of beds. The glass on the front windows was busted and a piece of wood was in its place which allowed cold wind inside. The room has dust all over the floor. “The only issue that I saw was the big dust bunnies on the ceiling above the headboard. They were fluttering in the breeze from the heater. Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable and cozy and we slept like babies. We were even a little late leaving because of this issue. Anyhow, my sister and I would definitely stay again. “Breakfasts the sausage and hash browns could've been cooked a little long. Over all it was clean. Unstand the pool was not available because of renovations, that was sad. Would stay there again. ”

“Staff very cortuous but the place is really dated. The bathroom door wouldn't close, towel bars were off the wall. The bed throw cotton sheet was full of holes. The soda was in disrepair, springs were broken, hence sat really low. ”
