“Place is run down, dirty, pillow cases looked dirty, rarely anyone at front desk. Rooms have kitchenette but no dishes or dish soap or towels. No extra toilet paper. No glasses to drink water. Coffee in room tasteless. No phone in room not even to call front desk. No extra security when locking door only lock on door knob. Bathroom was dirty as well. Hairs in bathtub and electric baseboard heater was full of dust and hair. Busy weekend in Timmins nothing else was available. Didn’t feel...

“It’s located in the town, friendly front desk staff, easy check in/out Room was clean and all amenities were available And most importantly breakfast included which is very helpful and very rarely included in many other places nowadays”

“Check in was easy. Staff friendly and informative. They didn’t ask for or record my driver’s license number which I was pleased about. That should not be use for anything other than insurance, law enforcement, and MTO.”

“The Villa Inn is easy to find, right off the highway, and close to a Husky restaurant, Tim Hortons, and McDonalds. The building looked pretty new and the room was spotless and well-equipped... TV, wifi, fridge, a/c. No in-room coffee but it was available 24h at the front desk. A continental breakfast is included but I did not use it. Parking was plentiful and the staff were all courteous and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.”

“It has undergone a major renovation recently, just a little more siding to finish it it . Our room had a well equipped kitchenette dishes cutlery pots and pans etc most of it had never been used , it even had a kettle which is probably one of the first times I’ve seen one in Canada in a motel , my trusty travel kettle stayed in its box ( tea drinkers will appreciate this ) . The only problem was the toaster didn’t toast at breakfast so we just used the one in our room 🙂.”

“Booked a night in one of the rooms with a jet tub, when we went to use the tub, we discovered our room had no hot water. We filled the tub to see if it would still work with cold water, in an effort to try to make the best of it, and discovered the tub didn't work at all. The overhead exhaust fan did not work either, the fireplace did not work, no hot water for the shower either. there were loose hairs and finger nail clippings on the bathroom vanity as well. No staff with any sort of...
